• Project-Based Focus: Participants are selected to work on a specific project aligned with their skills and interests. This targeted approach allows them to delve deeply into a particular area and contribute to innovative solutions.

• Unpaid Opportunity: While internships often come with compensation, this program is unpaid. However, it offers valuable experience, mentorship, and exposure that can enhance participants' resumes and skill sets.

• Professional Setting: Participants will work in a professional office environment at IBT, providing them with exposure to real-world workplace dynamics and professional etiquette.

• Personal Laptop Usage: Participants are required to use their laptops, reflecting the expectation of self-reliance and resourcefulness commonly found in professional settings.

• Immediate Skill Application: Unlike training programs, participants are expected to already possess the necessary skills to begin working on their project immediately. The program serves as a platform for applying and refining these skills in a practical setting.

• Guidance and Mentorship: Participants will have access to experts who will guide the project, facilitating learning and skill development through hands-on experience.

• Project Deployment and Recognition: Participants will receive support in deploying their projects and will be recognized for their contributions on the company's website. This adds a tangible outcome to their efforts and provides validation for their work.

• Limited Enrollment: The program is open to a maximum of five participants, ensuring a focused and personalized experience for each individual.

I-Bacus-Tech, a Coimbatore-based Technology company launches its first Labs Product. I-Bacus-Tech runs a lab program where college students can hone their technical skills to develop experimental products.                                     

College students are given a project challenge to work on which is a problem to solve. As part of this program, I-Bacus-Tech hired two college students Amal and Aswin from Sri Ranganathar Institute of Engineering and Technology (SRIET). Students received a problem to solve from a US-based Tech Professional/entrepreneur. Amal and Aswin came up with a product concept design and got approval to proceed with the project. This kicked off the project and within weeks evolved into a working product. During this process, a weekly review of progress was conducted to ensure the experiment was going as planned, launching the Careersheets Beta Version.

Based on market research conducted by I-Bacus-Tech, the team identified that 90% of job seekers are not able to organize their job search information in easy to access format. Careersheets aims to solve the problem by allowing job seekers to organize their job applications and keep track of their past and upcoming interview schedules, interviewers, and more relevant information.
